1. Preparing the Cords and Initial Setup
We will begin by folding two chords in half and placing each of the half points onto a hook. Keeping the light colors together. We will name one color A and the other B.
2. Making the First Loop with Color A
Taking color A, we will fold both strands over color B. Keeping both strands side by side, we will loop A under, behind and up through the loop.
3. Making the Loop with Color B
Now we will take both strands of B, keeping them side by side, and fold them over A. We will then loop B under, behind and up through the loop.
4. Alternating the Loops and Customizing the Braid
Keep both strands side by side, alternating colors per loop. For different looks, tighten or loosen the loop. Use different or similar colors in different sizes or products.
