We also accept orders via our toll free number at (877) 700-2673. Our phone lines are open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time and on Friday from 9am to 4pm Eastern Time.

In the unlikely event that a customer services assistant is not available to answer your call, please leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail International, Express Mail International and UPS unless otherwise specified.

International orders shipped via the postal service take approximately 2 weeks to reach their destination. UPS shipping is available for most International locations.

Shipping Charges

Retail orders of $75.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Wholesale orders and orders shipped to International destinations do not qualify for the free shipping offer.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to orders shipped to Georgia addresses only.

International Orders

We welcome international orders. We ship via Priority Mail International, Express Mail International, or UPS where available. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of orders shipped via Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with our Money Back Guarantee.

Please email or call us before returning merchandise in order to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization will be refused and no refund will be given.

Returns must be made within 30 days after merchandise is received. Returned items must be in their original packaging in uncut condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Custom orders are not returnable. Customers who select free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds may be made by check or credit card reimbursement.
